Abstract | A clock-integrated circuit according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a first clock generator comprising a crystal oscillator and configured to generate a first clock using the crystal oscillator; and a second clock generator comprising an RC oscillator and a first frequency divider with variable frequency division ratios and configured to generate a second clock from a clock output from the RC oscillator through the first frequency divider. The second clock generator is configured to perform a first calibration operation of adjusting a variable frequency division ratio to a first frequency division ratio using the first clock and a second calibration operation of adjusting the first frequency division ratio to a second frequency division ratio using a detected temperature. Accordingly, the degree of integration of a clock-integrated circuit can be improved.
