Abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus for testing shaft voltage durability of a bearing for a rotatable electric machine and, in particular, to an apparatus for testing shaft voltage durability of a bearing for a rotatable electric machine, which may evaluate durability performance by verifying an electric pitting phenomenon occurring in a bearing for a rotatable electric machine in advance. The apparatus for testing shaft voltage durability of a bearing for a rotatable electric machine comprises: a driving motor which is provided with an inverter to provide rotation power to a driving shaft for rotating a bearing, which is a target to be tested; an insulation coupler which is installed to prevent noise and a surge voltage occurring in the driving motor and the inverter from flowing into the bearing, the target to be tested; a bearing fixing unit which is formed to fix the bearing, the target to be tested; a voltage applying device which supplies a voltage to the driving shaft and the driving motor to allow a voltage with a desired wave to be applied to a bearing outer ring and an inner ring; and a temperature chamber which covers the bearing, the target to be tested, from the outside to enable temperature control. Accordingly, the present invention controls variables of the rotation speed of the bearing, its outer temperature, and the axial voltage to enable the simulation of electrical pitting. 본 발명은 회전형 전기기기용 베어링 축전압 내구성 시험장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 회전형 전기기기용 베어링에서 나타나는 전식(electrical pitting) 현상을 사전에 검증하여 내구성능을 평가할 수 있도록 하는 회전형 전기기기용 베어링 축전압 내구성 시험장치에 관한 것이다. 구성은 회전형 전기기기용 베어링 축전압 내구성 시험장치로서, 시험 대상체인 베어링을 회전시키기 위해 구동축에 회전 동력을 제공하도록 인버터를 구비하는 구동모터와; 상기 구동모터와 인버터에서 발생된 노이즈 및 서지전압(Surge Voltage)이 시험 대상체인 베어링으로 유입되는 것을 막기 위해 설치되는 절연 커플러와; 상기 시험 대상체인 베어링을 고정할 수 있도록 형성되는 베어링 고정부와; 상기 구동축과 구동모터에 전압을 공급하여 원하는 파형의 전압이 베어링 외륜 및 내륜에 인가될 수 있게 하는 전압 인가 장치와; 상기 시험 대상체인 베어링을 외부에서 감싸 온도제어가 가능하도록 하는 온도 챔버; 를 포함하여 베어링의 회전속도, 외부 온도, 축전압의 3가지 변수를 제어하여 전식의 모사가 가능하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
