Abstract The present invention relates to a brake apparatus for a vehicle, comprising: a disk unit which rotates together with a wheel; a pad unit selectively contacting the disk unit, and generating a braking force; a torque member unit fixed to a vehicle body and having a guide unit movably connected to a caliper body unit; a collection unit installed at the outside the torque member unit and collecting a dust generated by friction between the disk unit and the pad unit; and a fixation unit provided between the guide part and the collection unit so that the collection unit is fixed to the torque member unit. An objective of the present invention is to provide the brake apparatus for the vehicle, which can improve assemblability of a brake wear dust collecting device and a caliper. 본 발명은 차량용 브레이크 장치에 관한 것으로, 휠과 함께 회전되는 디스크부와, 디스크부에 선택적으로 접촉되어 제동력을 발생시키는 패드부와, 차체에 고정되고, 캘리퍼바디부가 이동 가능하게 연결되는 가이드부가 구비되는 토크멤버부와, 토크멤버부의 외측에 설치되고, 디스크부와 패드부의 마찰에 의해 발생되는 분진을 포집하는 포집부 및 포집부가 토크멤버부에 고정되도록 가이드부와 포집부의 사이에 구비되는 고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
