Abstract | A method and an apparatus for adjusting a tire position for tire appearance inspection automation are disclosed. The method for adjusting a tire position comprises steps of: collecting image data including an appearance of a tire irradiated with a laser; extracting a laser line by the laser irradiated to the tire from image data; extracting a region of interest (ROI) from image data based on the extracted laser line; and adjusting the position of the tire so that the laser line corresponds to a predetermined reference line based on the extracted ROI.
타이어 외관 검사 자동화를 위한 타이어 위치 조정 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 타이어 위치 조정 방법은 레이저가 조사된 타이어의 외관을 포함하는 이미지 데이터를 수집하는 단계, 이미지 데이터로부터 타이어에 조사된 레이저에 의한 레이저 라인을 추출하는 단계, 추출된 레이저 라인에 기초하여 이미지 데이터로부터 관심 영역을 추출하는 단계 및 추출된 관심 영역에 기초하여 레이저 라인이 미리 정해진 기준 라인에 대응되도록 타이어의 위치를 조정하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. |
