The present invention relates to an underwater breakwater structure combined with an artificial reef, capable of performing not only a fish reef function but also an underwater breakwater function for preventing coastal erosion and an underwater theme park function. That is, according to the present invention, an artificial reef block installed underwater is interconnected with a T- or H-shaped connection structure for stacking construction. Therefore, not only the fish reef function can be performed, but also the underwater breakwater function for preventing the coastal erosion and the underwater theme park function can be performed. The underwater breakwater structure combined with the artificial reef of the present invention comprises: a plurality of artificial reef blocks (100); the connection structure (200); and the underwater breakwater structure (300). 본 발명은 어초 기능 뿐만 아니라 해안 침식 방지를 위한 수중 방파제 기능 및 수중 테마공원 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 한 인공어초 겸용 수중 방파제 구조물에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 수중에 설치되는 인공어초 블록을 T자 또는 H자 형태의 연결구조물로 상호 연결하며 적층 시공하여, 어초 기능을 수행할 뿐만 아니라 해안 침식 방지를 위한 수중 방파제 기능 및 수중 테마공원 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 한 인공어초 겸용 수중 방파제 구조물을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
