The present invention relates to a suction device for laser processing and a laser processing device including the same, and more particularly, to a suction device for laser processing that sucks process by-products from laser processing and a laser processing device including the same. The suction device for laser processing according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a hollow part providing a path for a laser beam toward a substrate; a suction passage part separated from the hollow part and having process by-products introduced thereinto by laser processing; and a suction line communicating with the suction passage part and discharging the process by-products introduced into the suction passage part. 본 발명은 레이저 가공용 석션장치 및 이를 포함하는 레이저 가공장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 레이저 가공에 의한 공정부산물을 흡입하는 레이저 가공용 석션장치 및 이를 포함하는 레이저 가공장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 레이저 가공용 석션장치는 기판을 향하는 레이저의 통로를 제공하는 중공부; 상기 중공부와 분리되어, 레이저 가공에 의한 공정부산물이 유입되는 흡입유로부; 및 상기 흡입유로부와 연통되어, 상기 흡입유로부에 유입된 상기 공정부산물이 배출되는 석션라인;을 포함할 수 있다.
