A terminal according to an embodiment includes: a situation information collecting unit that collects a plurality of pieces of situation information; an input unit configured to receive a type of recommended motion; an output unit for outputting a recommended operation corresponding to an input type; a control unit configured to determine whether or not to output the recommended operation based on the plurality of pieces of situation information collected by the situation information collecting unit when a type of recommended operation is input by the input unit. The control unit performs: when the output of the recommended operation is determined, selecting a plurality of databases stored in the server; comparing basic information stored in the plurality of databases between the plurality of databases; determining contents of the recommended operation based on basic information having the highest matching rate in the plurality of databases; when a type of recommended action is input by the input unit, determining whether each of the collected pieces of situation information satisfies a predetermined condition required for the recommended action; determining whether to output the recommended operation based on the determination result; and if there is situation information that satisfies the predetermined condition and situation information that does not satisfy the predetermined condition among the collected plurality of pieces of situation information, determining the output of the recommended action based on the priority of each piece of situation information.
