Abstract In accordance with the present invention, provided is a PCB CNT automatic coupling device including: a flip opening/closing tool coupled with a first articulated robot to open and close a flip of a PCB CNT; and an FFC coupling tool coupled with a second articulated robot and adsorbing an FFC to couple the FFC to the CNT of the PCB of which the flip is opened. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, since the PCB CNT automatic coupling device automatically couples a flexible flat cable (FFC) or a flexible printed circuit (FPC), which is used for an electrical signal connection between PCBs or between a PCB and a component, instead of manually, the device can have an effect of increasing efficiency and convenience in PCB connection work. In addition, the PCB CNT automatic coupling device covers the inside of an error range of the Z-axis of the PCB through a buffer unit for Z-axis compensation, and, when not being able to cover the inside of the error range of the Z-axis, measures a distance through a displacement sensor, and moves the Z-axis of the second articulated robot up and down in accordance with the distance to solve an error in height, thereby having an effect of accurately coupling the FFC. Moreover, since a pusher unit pushes and fixes the PCB, the device can have an effect of coupling the PCB even when the PCB is not fixed and keeps wobbling. 본 발명은 제 1 다관절로봇에 결합되어 PCB CNT의 플립을 Open 및 Close하는 플립 개폐툴; 및 제 2 다관절로봇에 결합되고 FFC를 흡착하여 상기 플립이 Open된 상기 PCB의 CNT에 상기 FFC를 체결하는 FFC 체결툴;을 포함하는 PCB CNT 자동 체결장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, PCB 간의 전기적 신호 연결 또는 PCB와 부품 간의 전기적 신호 연결을 위하여 사용되는 FFC(Flexible Flat Cable) 또는 FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit)를 수동이 아닌 자동으로 체결함으로써 PCB 연결 작업의 효율성 및 편의성을 증대시키는 효과가 있다. 또한, Z축 보상용 버퍼부를 이용하여 PCB의 Z축의 오차범위 내를 Cove하고, Z축의 오차 범위 내에서 커버가 안 될 경우 변위센서를 이용하여 거리를 측정하고, 그 거리에 맞게 제 2 다관절로봇의 Z축을 승,하강시켜 높이의 오차를 해결함으로써 FFC의 정확한 체결이 이루어지는 효과가 있다. 또한, 푸셔부가 PCB를 눌러 고정시킴으로써 PCB가 고정되어 있지 않고 유동이 있어도 체결이 가능한 효과가 있다.
