The present invention relates to a coating composition for metal with improved oil resistance and adhesion, a manufacturing method thereof, and a metallic article coated with the composition, and more specifically, to a composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a metallic article coated with the composition, in which the composition includes a (meth)acrylic-modified polyurethane including a polymerized unit derived from an anhydrous sugar alcohol-alkylene oxide adduct, a (meth)acrylic monomer, and an epoxy resin, and capable of providing a coating having excellent adhesion to metal and improved oil resistance. 본 발명은 내유성 및 접착성이 향상된 금속용 코팅 조성물 및 그 제조 방법, 및 이 조성물로 코팅된 금속 물품에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 무수당 알코올-알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물로부터 유래된 중합 단위를 포함하는 (메트)아크릴 변성 폴리우레탄, (메트)아크릴 모노머 및 에폭시 수지를 포함하며, 금속에 대한 접착력이 우수한 동시에 내유성이 향상된 코팅을 제공할 수 있는 조성물 및 그 제조 방법, 및 이 조성물로 코팅된 금속 물품에 관한 것이다.
