Abstract According to one embodiment of the present invention, an anti-reflection structure with a corrugated pattern is formed on a solar cell to increase solar transmittance up to 4 % and in a display device, to reduce screen light reflection. To this end, one embodiment of the present invention includes the anti-reflection structure with a corrugated pattern, wherein protrusions with tips of a rounded shape are repeatedly formed on a substrate, a first radius of the rounded shape of each protrusion is 1 nm to 10 ㎛, and a lower part of the tip of each protrusion has a curved outer surface to form the corrugated pattern. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 태양전지에 물결 모양 패턴이 형성된 반사방지 구조를 형성하여 태양광 투과도를 최대 4 %까지 높일 수 있고 디스플레이 기기에서는 화면 빛 반사를 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다. 이를 위해 특히 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 꼭지가 둥근 형상(rounded shape)인 돌기들이 기판 상에 반복적으로 형성되고, 각 돌기의 둥근 형상의 제1 반경은 1 nm ~ 10㎛이며, 각 돌기의 꼭지 하부는 굴곡진 외측면을 가지는 물결 모양 패턴을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 물결 모양 패턴이 형성된 반사방지 구조를 포함한다.
