Abstract The present invention relates to a biodegradable resin composition including a biodegradable polymer resin pulverized to a size of 300-600 micrometers and a modified natural anhydrous gypsum, and to a manufacturing method thereof. To solve a problem in which physical properties of a master batch (M/B) are not uniform due to dispersibility and processability of existing biodegradable resins having a size of 3 to 4 mm, the present invention provides a biodegradable resin M/B which uses a biodegradable resin freeze-dried and pulverized (pre-processed) to a size of 300 to 600 μm to solve the problem of processability and to improve dispersibility, thus providing uniform and excellent physical properties as a result thereof, and further provides a biodegradable resin M/B in which physical properties are maintained and price competitiveness is improved by coating the biodegradable resin with surface-modified natural anhydrous gypsum. 본 발명은 300 내지 600 ㎛ 크기로 분쇄된 생분해성 고분자 수지 및 개질된 천연 무수 석고를 포함하는 생분해성 수지 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 3 내지 4 mm 크기의 기존 생분해성 수지는 분산성 및 가공성의 문제로 마스터 배치(M/B)의 물성이 균일하지 않다는 문제를 해결하기 위해 생분해성 수지를 300 내지 600 ㎛ 크기로 동결 건조 분쇄(전처리)하여 사용하여 가공성 문제를 해결하고 분산성을 향상시켜 결과적으로 균일하고 우수한 물성을 가지는 생분해성 수지 M/B를 제공하고, 나아가 표면이 개질된 천연 무수 석고로 생분해성 수지를 코팅하여 물성이 유지되고 가격 경쟁력이 향상된 생분해성 수지 M/B를 제공한다.
