Abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing an oxide dispersion strengthened high-entropy alloy and an oxide dispersion strengthened high-entropy alloy and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a coherently interfaced oxide dispersion strengthened high-entropy alloy and a coherently interfaced oxide dispersion strengthened high-entropy alloy, wherein the method comprises the steps of: forming alloy powder by melting and mixing four or more kinds of base element powder and a raw material for oxide formation; mechanically alloying the alloy powder; and sintering the mechanically alloyed powder at high temperature, wherein the raw material for oxide formation is M-A alloy powder, M is at least one of the base elements, and A is an element for oxide formation. The present invention can improve mechanical properties.
