Abstract The present invention relates to a vehicle system for preventing drunk start, which detects a seating condition of a driver when the driver carrying a smart key is seated on a vehicle driver's seat, forces a breathalyzer test while preventing the vehicle from starting, and if the driver is in an abnormal state, prevents starting to fundamentally prevent drunk driving. The provided vehicle system for preventing drunk start implements anti-start function of a drinker without a change in a function or design of the smart key to reduce system installation cost for implementing anti-drunk start function for a vehicle by using an existing smart key. The vehicle system comprises a vehicle control element, the smart key, a driver's seat seating detection element, and a breathalyzer. 본 발명은 차량용 음주시동 방지 시스템에 관한 것으로, 스마트키를 소지한 운전자가 차량의 운전석에 착석하면 착석상태를 감지하여 차량의 시동을 걸 수 없도록 하고 음주측정을 강제하여 비정상 상태인 경우 시동을 걸수 없도록 하여 음주운전을 원천 차단할 수 있으며 스마트키의 기능 또는 설계변경 없이도 음주자의 시동 방지 기능을 구현할 수 있어 기존의 스마트키를 그대로 사용가능해 차량용 음주시동 방지 기능 구현을 위한 시스템 구축 비용을 절감할 수 있는 차량용 음주시동 방지 시스템을 제공한다.
