The present invention relates to a wireless transmitting and receiving system for collecting fish species disturbing the ecosystem with a battery as an energy source by using location information based on internet of things. The system comprises: a collection apparatus in a shape of a collection box of fish species disturbing the ecosystem and a live fish tank; and an apparatus measuring condition information of the fish species disturbing the ecosystem captured in the collection apparatus through optics, pressure, and a location sensor to be send to a central control apparatus so that data is transmitted to and received from a central management center in real time. 본 발명은 사물인터넷 기반의 위치정보를 활용하여 배터리를 에너지원으로 무선 송수신 생태계교란 어종 수거장치 시스템에 관한 것으로, 생태계교란 어종 수거함 및 활어조 형태의 수거장치와, 광학과 압력 및 위치 센서를 통해 수거장치에 포획된 생태계교란 어종의 상태 정보를 측정하여 중앙 제어 장치에 보내어 데이터를 중앙 관리 센터로 실시간 송수신 할 수 있는 장치를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
