Abstract An apparatus for managing of taking medicine that manages the medication intake status of a patient taking multiple medications according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a treatment information receiving unit for receiving treatment information including information on the treatment status of a patient from a nurse terminal used by a nurse in charge of the patient every set period; a medicine taking schedule transmitting unit extracting the patient's drug dosage schedule from the treatment information and transmitting the same to the patient terminal used by the patient; a patient terminal activation unit which transmits an alarm signal notifying the patient terminal that it is the time to take the corresponding medicine when the time to take the medicine according to the extracted medication schedule arrives, and activates the imaging mode of the patient terminal for a set time; an image information transmission unit for receiving image information including image data captured through the patient terminal for the set time and information on the time at which the image data was captured and transmitted to the nurse terminal; and a medicine taking signal receiving unit which receives the first medicine taking signal input to the nurse terminal when the nurse confirms the image data and determines that the patient has taken the medicine correctly. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 복수의 약을 복용하는 환자의 약물 복용 상태를 관리하는 약물 복용 관리 장치는 설정 주기마다 상기 환자의 담당 간호사가 사용하는 간호사 단말로부터 상기 환자의 치료 현황에 대한 정보를 포함하는 치료 정보를 수신하는 치료 정보 수신부, 상기 치료 정보로부터 상기 환자의 약물 복용 스케줄을 추출하여 상기 환자가 사용하는 환자 단말로 전송하는 약물 복용 스케줄 전송부, 추출된 상기 약물 복용 스케줄에 따른 약물 복용 시간이 도래 하면 상기 환자 단말에 해당 약물의 복용 시간임을 알리는 알람 신호를 전송하고, 설정 시간 동안 상기 환자 단말의 촬영 모드를 활성화시키는 환자 단말 활성화부, 상기 설정 시간 동안 상기 환자 단말을 통해서 촬영된 영상 데이터 및 상기 영상 데이터가 촬영된 시간에 대한 정보를 포함하는 영상 정보를 수신하여 상기 간호사 단말로 전송하는 영상 정보 전송부, 및 상기 간호사가 상기 영상 데이터를 확인하여 환자가 약물 복용을 올바르게 복용하였다고 판단한 경우 상기 간호사 단말에 입력한 제1 복용 신호를 수신하는 복용 신호 수신부를 포함한다.
