The present invention relates to a substrate processing apparatus capable of depositing a thin film on a substrate. The substrate processing apparatus includes a process chamber in which an inner space capable of processing a substrate is formed; a substrate support provided at the inner space of the process chamber to support the substrate; a shower head provided at an upper portion of the process chamber opposite to the substrate support to spray process gas toward the substrate support; a shaft fixed to a lower portion of the substrate support to support the substrate support; a shaft support part connected with a lower portion of the shaft outside the process chamber to support the shaft; and a shaft connector connecting the shaft support part with the process chamber so that the shaft support part is connected with the process chamber to support the shaft.
