The present invention provides a non-smoking area management terminal, a non-smoking area management service system using the same, and a method of the system. The non-smoking area management terminal comprises: a camera unit filming a predetermined non-smoking area; a communication module performing communication with an outside; a speaker outputting a warning alarm; a control unit generating image information by adding visual and identification information on an image filmed through the camera unit, transmitting the image information to the outside every predetermined period, and outputting the alarm warning of smoking in the non-smoking area through the speaker if smoking detection result information is received from the outside; and a memory unit storing a processing program of the control unit. 본 발명은, 미리 정해진 금연구역을 촬상하는 카메라부; 외부와의 통신을 수행하는 통신모듈; 경고 알람을 출력하는 스피커; 상기 카메라부를 통해 촬상된 이미지에 시각 및 식별정보를 부가하여 이미지 정보를 생성하고, 상기 이미지 정보를 미리 정해진 주기마다 외부로 전송하고, 상기 외부로부터 흡연감지 결과정보가 수신되면, 금연구역내 흡연을 경보하는 알람을 상기 스피커를 통해 출력하는 제어부; 및 상기 제어부의 처리 프로그램을 저장하는 메모리부;를 포함하는 금연구역 관리 단말기, 이를 이용한 금연구역 관리 서비스 시스템, 및 그 방법을 제공한다.
