The present invention relates to a multidirectional hologram device and a multidirectional hologram implementation system including the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a multidirectional hologram device, which includes: a substrate; and a dielectric layer provided with a plurality of nanostructures on the substrate. The dielectric layer may include a first dielectric layer configured to transmit light incident in a first direction to form a first image; and a second dielectric layer configured to transmit light incident from a second direction different from the first direction to form a second image. Therefore, it is possible to exhibit high transmission efficiency and conversion efficiency for light transmitted through the multidirectional hologram device. 본 발명은 다방향 홀로그램 디바이스 및 이를 포함하는 다방향 홀로그램 구현 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 기판; 상기 기판 상에 복수 개의 나노 구조체가 제공되는 유전체층을 포함하고, 상기 유전체층은 제1 방향에서 입사되는 빛을 투과시켜 제1 이미지를 형성하는 제1 유전체층; 및 상기 제1 방향과 다른 제2 방향에서 입사되는 빛을 투과시켜 제2 이미지를 형성하는 제2 유전체층을 포함하는 다방향 홀로그램 디바이스가 제공될 수 있다.
