The present invention relates to a multipurpose protection net device for effective tree management and, more specifically, to a multipurpose protection net device for effective tree management, which is formed of a free mesh spring detachably attached to a tree body and a fixed wire mesh and has a height adjustable according to growth of a tree, and is installed to a seedling or around the seedling after planting to facilitate mowing around the seedling, suppress weeds around the seedling, prevent damage to wild animals, tree diseases and pests, and rain and wind damage, and manage history of a planted tree history after reforestation. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the multipurpose protection net device comprises: a mesh forming a predetermined space inside; a ring-shaped frame coupled to both ends of the mesh and having one open side; a spring spirally coupled along the inner circumferential surface of the mesh; a lower protective cap coupled along the outer circumferential surface to the lower part of the mesh; and a conical upper protective cap coupled to the upper part of the mesh. 본 발명은 효율적으로 수목을 관리하기 위한 보호망 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 수목 본체에 탈부착이 가능한 자유형 그물망 스프링과 고정형 철망 형태로 구성되며 수목의 생장에 따라 높낮이를 변경하는 것이 가능한 다목적 보호망 장치는 조림 후에 묘목 또는 묘목 주변에 설치되어 묘목 주변 풀베기 용이, 묘목 주변 잡초 억제, 야생동물 피해방지, 수목병해충방지, 비·바람 피해방지 및 조림목 이력관리 등이 가능하여 조림 후에 수목을 보호하는 것이 가능한 효율적 수목관리를 위한 다목적 보호망 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 내부에 소정의 공간을 형성하는 그물망과 상기 그물망의 양단부에 결합하고 일측이 개방되는 링 형태의 프레임과 상기 그물망의 내주면을 따라 나선형으로 결합되는 스프링과 상기 그물망의 하부에 외주면을 따라 결합되는 하부보호캡 및 상기 그물망의 상부에 결합하는 원추형태의 상부보호캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
