In accordance with the present invention, provided is a board game set including: a plurality of carbon blocks formed by the combination of at least one unit block having a predetermined size and shape; a plurality of money cards formed with each predetermined amount of money to be given to each player in accordance with a predetermined initial amount; a plurality of action cards placed to be opened by a plurality of players in accordance with a predetermined sequence, and provided with the number of carbon blocks determined to be allocated to the players in accordance with actions of people marked on each of the cards or a carbon emission in accordance with a product; a plurality of individual landfills provided to each of the players as an area in which each of the players can stack at least one carbon block allocated to him or herself, to determine whether each of the players wins or loses depending on whether the stacked carbon block collapses or exceeds a predetermined limit height; and a board in which positions are determined to place the plurality of carbon blocks, the plurality of money cards, the plurality of action cards and the plurality of individual landfills.
