Abstract The aspects of the present disclosure relate to a dual connectivity power amplifier system. The power amplifier system may include first and second power amplifiers that are simultaneously active in a dual connectivity mode. The first power amplifier is active in a different mode. A switch may electrically connect the first power amplifier to different radio frequency signal paths in a dual connectivity mode and in a different mode.
