Abstract The present invention relates to a new exterior material which combines a ceramic tile with excellent aesthetics and a urethane panel installation with insulation among building exterior materials. In addition, the insulation material is used as a back panel on a back surface of the ceramic panel to prevent risk of damage, which is a shortage of the ceramic panel, by using an ancillary device, and a fixation method is also devised to be more stable. Moreover, a device for preventing water leakage and heat exchange is devised to be applied to the new exterior material, and thus a joint line is minimized to maintain 2 mm. By adjusting an interval of a combination method, the joint line is minimized even for an open joint. When using the new exterior material, insulation and aesthetic are satisfied. 건물 외장재 중 세라믹 타일(미관적인 우수함)과 우레탄 패널 설치(단열성)의 결합시킨 새로운 외장재 발명이다. 또한 부수적인 장치를 이용하여 세라믹 패널의 단점인 파손을 세라믹 패널 뒷면에 단열재를BACK 판넬로 이용하여 파손 위험을 방지 하였고 고정방법도 보다 안정적으로 고안하였다. 또한 누수 방지와 열교차단 장치를 고안하여 발명품에 적용 하였고 이를 이용하여 메지라인의 최소화 2MM를 유지 할수 있게 되었다. 결합방식의 간격을 조정하여 오픈 조인트에서도 메지라인을 최소화하는 방법등이다. 이를 사용시 단열과 아름다움이 공존하는 발명품을 고안 한것이다.
