Abstract Disclosed are a nano-rod semiconductor layer having a flat top which can obtain a high-quality semiconductor layer, a micro-LED using the same, a pixel plate including the same, and a display device and electronic devices including the same. The nano-rod semiconductor layer comprises a body and a top formed from the body. The top includes: a first inclined surface; a second inclined surface facing the first inclined surface; and a flat horizontal surface between the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface. The width of the top becomes narrower upwards.
