Abstract The present invention relates to a wind power propulsion system capable of reducing manufacturing man-hours, and a ship having the same. According to the present invention, the wind power propulsion system comprises: a rotation driving unit installed on a hull of a ship; a plurality of masts installed in the rotation driving unit; a plurality of wing sails installed on the plurality of masts; and a plurality of ridge structures installed on the plurality of wing sails. The plurality of wing sails are configured in an arc shape having a concave surface and a convex surface as an open cross-section in which a single plate with no space inside is curved.
