The present invention relates to a ferrite core disposed to surround a plasma reaction space of a reaction chamber for inductively coupled plasma having a first connecting pipe and a second connecting pipe, and specifically, to a ferrite core for inductively coupled plasma, including: a first ring unit formed in the shape of a rectangular ring surrounding the first connecting pipe; and a second ring unit formed in the shape of a rectangular ring surrounding the second connecting pipe, wherein the first ring unit and the second ring unit are formed so that one of the four sides of the first ring unit and one of the four sides of the second ring unit can share with each other. 본 발명에 의하면, 제1 연결관과 제2 연결관을 구비하는 유도결합 플라즈마용 반응 챔버의 플라즈마 반응 공간을 감싸도록 배치되는 페라이트 코어에 있어서, 상기 제1 연결관을 감싸는 직사각형 고리 형태의 제1 고리부; 및 상기 제2 연결관을 감싸는 직사각형 고리 형태의 제2 고리부를 포함하며, 상기 제1 고리부의 네 변부 중 하나의 변부와 상기 제2 고리부의 네 변부 중 하나의 변부는 서로 공유하도록 상기 제1 고리부와 상기 제2 고리부가 형성되는, 유도결합 플라즈마용 페라이트 코어가 제공된다.
