Abstract | The present invention relates to a translucent perovskite solar cell that can be manufactured in the atmosphere and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a perovskite solar cell of a large size using an H-dip coating type using a specific additive in the atmosphere and a manufacturing method thereof. By using an H-dip coated metal nano wire, a translucent solar cell of high efficiency can be manufactured.
본 발명은 대기 중에서 제작 가능한 반투명 페로브스카이트 태양 전지 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하게는 대기 중에 특정 첨가제를 사용하여 H-딥 코팅 방식을 사용하여 대형 사이즈의 페로브스카이트 태양전지 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, H-딥 코팅된 금속 나노 와이어를 사용함으로써 고효율의 반투명 태양 전지의 제조가 가능하다. |
