Abstract | The present invention relates to a quantum dot composite including a matrix and a plurality of quantum dots dispersed in the matrix, which exhibits stability (process or optical stability) with improved luminescence properties, and an electronic device including the same. According to the present invention, in the quantum dot composite, a plurality of quantum dots comprises: a semiconductor nanocrystalline core including indium and phosphorus; and a semiconductor nanocrystalline shell disposed on the semiconductor nanocrystalline core and containing zinc, selenium, and sulfur. The arithmetic size of the plurality of quantum dots is 8 nm or more and the quantum dot composite is configured to control increase in luminance within 1.2% of the initial luminance in a solid state when being emitted with excitation light having a wavelength of 450 to 470 nm for up to 500 hours.
