Abstract The present invention relates to an imaging apparatus for processing equipment of an electronic component. The imaging apparatus according to the present invention has an installation structure where a laser radiation direction of a laser irradiator is horizontal or an imaging center line of a verification camera is parallel to a horizontal line. According to the present invention, the imaging apparatus is able to set up a focal distance and a viewing angle of the verification camera and an appropriate angle between the laser radiation direction and an imaging direction while being installed in a narrow installation space, and thus improves credibility of an inspection about whether an electronic component mounted on a loading element is mounted defectively. The imaging apparatus comprises a laser irradiator, a verification camera, a reflection plate, a mover, and a controller. 본 발명은 전자부품 처리장비용 촬영장치 등에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 촬영장치는 레이저조사기의 레이저 조사 방향이 수평 방향이거나 확인용 카메라의 촬영 중심선이 수평선과 평행인 설치 구조를 가진다. 본 발명에 따르면 좁은 설치공간에 설치되면서도 확인용 카메라의 초점거리, 시야각 및 레이저의 조사 방향과 촬영 방향 간의 적절한 각도의 설정이 가능해져서 적재요소에 적재된 전자부품의 안착 불량 여부에 대한 검사의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
