The present invention relates to a motor and a home appliance having the same. The motor comprises: a rotor assembly (50) rotated about a rotation shaft (52); and a stator assembly (20) for receiving the rotor assembly (50). The stator assembly (20) comprises: a stator core (21) including a plurality of tooth portions (23a-23c) constituting three phases of U, V, and W; a coil wound on the tooth portions (23a-23c) in a three-phase Y connection scheme of U, V, and W; a neutral point terminal (30) forming a neutral point of the three-phase Y connection; and a plurality of power terminals (40a-40c) forming U, V, and W phases of the three-phase Y connection. At this time, the coil is composed of one connected coil, and passes through a power terminal (40a-40c) corresponding to each phase among the power terminals (40a-40c) after primary winding in each tooth portion (23a-23c) constituting the tooth portions (23a-23c). Secondary winding is performed in parallel so that the passed coil overlaps the primary winding in each of the tooth portions (23a-23c).
