Abstract In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting display device includes: a transistor formed on a substrate and switching pixels; a pixel protection film covering the transistor; a pixel electrode formed on the pixel protection film; a pixel partition covering an edge part of the pixel electrode and having a pixel opening part exposing the pixel electrode; an organic light emitting layer filling the pixel opening part; a pixel part in which a common electrode formed on the organic light emitting layer is formed; a common voltage line surrounding the pixel part and coming in contact with the common electrode to deliver a common voltage to the common electrode; a peripheral protection film covering an end part of the common voltage line; and a peripheral part formed on the peripheral protection film and having a peripheral partition spaced apart from the common voltage line. Therefore, the present invention is capable of minimizing a parasitic capacitor appearing between a transistor and a common electrode. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 유기 발광 표시 장치는 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며 화소를 스위칭하는 트랜지스터, 상기 트랜지스터를 덮고 있는 화소 보호막, 상기 화소 보호막 위에 형성되어 있는 화소 전극, 상기 화소 전극의 가장자리부를 덮고 있으며 상기 화소 전극을 노출하는 화소 개구부를 가지는 화소 격벽, 상기 화소 개구부를 채우고 있는 유기 발광층, 상기 유기 발광층 위에 형성되어 있는 공통 전극이 형성되어 있는 화소부, 상기 화소부를 둘러싸고 있으며 상기 공통 전극과 접촉하여 상기 공통 전극에 공통 전압을 전달하는 공통 전압선, 상기 공통 전압선의 단부를 덮고 있는 주변 보호막, 상기 주변 보호막 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 공통 전압선과 이격되어 있는 주변 격벽이 형성되어 있는 주변부를 포함할 수 있다.
