Abstract The present invention relates to a culturing method of a Graciliaria vermiculophylla spore. Specifically, by providing an optimized growth condition of the Graciliaria vermiculophylla spore and gametophyte, the present invention relates to the culturing method of the Graciliaria vermiculophylla that can improve an initial growth rate after attaching a spore, and using thereof during cultivation of the Graciliaria vermiculophylla spore seedlings to improve a rate of culturing. The culturing method comprises: a gathering step; a growing/developing step; and a forming step. 본 발명은 꼬시래기의 배양 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 꼬시래기 포자체 및 배우체의 최적화된 생장조건을 제공함으로써 포자 부착후 초기생장율을 향상시켜 꼬시래기 포자채묘 양식시 활용하여 양식률을 증진시킬 수 있는 꼬시래기 배양 방법에 관한 것이다.
