The skin treatment device includes a needle unit coupled to one side of a body unit to inject drugs into the skin by washing user's skin through the needle roller, and applying at least one of electrical stimulation and photostimulation to the skin. By using the spherical needle roller, the drugs are injected into the skin through free rotation and movement in the user's skin. 구 형태의 니들롤러가 구비된 피부 시술장치가 제공된다. 피부 시술장치는, 본체유닛의 일측에 결합되어 니들롤러를 통해 사용자의 피부를 세침하여 피부 내부로 약물을 주입하고, 피부에 전기자극 및 광자극 중 적어도 하나를 인가하는 니들유닛을 포함한다.
