Abstract | The present invention relates to an apparatus for estimating an outage damage cost for electricity customers, which recognizes an identification code for each sub-industry and estimates a precise outage damage cost through a linear transformation model for each sub-industry, and a method thereof. The present invention relates to the apparatus comprises: an industry classification unit categorizing detailed industries of customers who responded to a survey on the basis of survey result data; a hierarchical classification unit classifying a hierarchy on the basis of a classification result of the industry in the industry classification unit; a linear transformation unit linearly transforming an exponential function to estimate the outage damage cost of a customer; and an analysis unit using the derived hierarchical linear function model to extract a hierarchical linear function model and using the extracted hierarchical linear function model to estimate the outage damage cost of the customer.
본 발명은 세부업종별 식별코드를 인식하고, 세부업종별 선형 변환 모델을 통해 정확성 높은 공급지장비용을 추정하기 위한 수용가 공급지장비용 추정 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 수용가 공급지장비용 추정 장치 및 방법은 설문조사 결과 데이터를 기초로 설문조사를 응답한 고객들의 세부 업종을 분류하는 업종 분류부와, 상기 업종 분류부에서 업종이 분류된 결과를 기초로 계층을 분류하는 계층 분류부와, 수용가 공급지장비용을 추정하기 위해 지수 함수를 선형 변환하는 선형 변환부와, 상기 선형 변환부에 의해 선형 변환된 함수를 이용하여 계층 선형 함수 모델을 도출하고, 도출된 계층 선형 함수 모델을 이용하여 수용가 공급지장비용을 추정하는 분석부를 포함한다. |
