The present invention relates to a bottle cap that can be opened and closed with one hand, and has an adjustment guide formed on an outer surface of the bottle cap and an opening/closing guide having one end connected to the adjustment guide, and includes an adjustment block and an opening/closing block moving along the adjustment guide and the opening/closing guide, so that the opening/closing of an opening part can be controlled by the movement of the adjustment block and the opening/closing block. Therefore, the user can easily open and close the bottle cap with one hand, and the reliability of operation is secured with a simple structure. 본 발명은 한 손으로 개폐할 수 있는 병마개로서, 병마개 외면에 형성된 조절가이드와 상기 조절가이드에 일단이 연결된 개폐가이드를 구비하고, 상기 조절가이드와 개폐가이드를 따라 움직이는 조절블록 및 개폐블록을 포함하여, 상기 조절블록과 개폐블록의 움직임에 의하여 개구부의 개폐를 조절할 수 있는 것이다. 따라서, 사용자는 한 손으로 쉽게 병마개를 개폐할 수 있으며, 단순한 구조로 동작의 신뢰도가 확보된다.
