Summary:A data processing system includes a storage unit, and an input/output unit configured to perform a read-ahead operation on first data stored in the storage unit according to a read-ahead size, wherein the input/output unit perform a determination of whether the read-ahead operation causes a bottleneck with respect to a processing unit, and adjust the read-ahead size depending on a result of the determination. Accordingly, the read-ahead operation can be efficiently performed. 데이터 처리 시스템은 저장부; 및 상기 저장부에 저장된 미리 읽기 크기의 제1 데이터에 대해 미리 읽기 동작을 수행하도록 구성된 입출력부를 포함하되, 상기 입출력부는 상기 미리 읽기 동작이 처리부에 대해 병목을 유발하는지 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 상기 미리 읽기 크기를 조정한다.
