Abstract An objective of the present invention is to provide an assembly case for an electrode double layer capacitor (EDLC) which may improve a closing effect of the EDLC by doubly a sealing gasket, and may improve adhesion to implement low equivalent series resistance (ESR) by forming and presseing a plurality of circular divided blocks in a polygon groove of a cylindrical hollow case and a cylindrical ring of a cap member. The assembly case for an EDLC comprises: a hollow bobbin wound around an electrode assembly in a form of a jelly roll; a first terminal connection plate disposed at one side of the hollow bobbin; a second terminal connection plate disposed at an opposite side of the hollow bobbin; a cylindrical hollow case formed therein with one side being open so that the hollow bobbin is inserted into an inner side and formed therein with a polygon groove at a bottom surface; and a cap member connected by interposing a sealing gasket at one side of the cylindrical hollow case and protruded therein with a cylindrical ring from an opposite side. Each of the first terminal connection plate and the second terminal connection plate includes: a circular plate; a cylindrical insertion pole protruding to one side or an opposite side from a center of the circular plate to be inserted into the hollow bobbin; and a cylindrical block protruding from a surface facing the cylindrical insertion bar at a center of the circular plate to be inserted into a polygon groove or the cylindrical ring. 본 발명은 EDLC의 조립 케이스에 관한 것으로, 젤리 롤형으로 전극 조립체가 권취되는 중공형 보빈; 중공형 보빈의 일측에 배치되는 제1단자 연결판; 중공형 보빈의 타측에 배치되는 제2단자 연결판; 전극 조립체가 권취되는 중공형 보빈이 내측에 삽입되게 일측이 개방되게 형성되며 저면에 다각형 홈이 형성되는 원통형 중공 케이스; 및 원통형 중공 케이스의 일측에 실링 가스켓을 개재하여 연결되며 타측에서 돌출되게 원통형 링이 형성되는 캡부재를 포함하며, 제1단자 연결판과 제2단자 연결판은 각각 원형판과, 원형판의 중심에서 일측이나 타측의 면으로부터 돌출되게 형성되어 중공형 보빈에 삽입되는 원통형 삽입봉과, 원형판의 중심에서 원통형 삽입봉과 대향되는 면으로부터 돌출되게 형성되어 다각형 홈이나 원통형 링에 삽입되는 원통형 블럭을 포함하는하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
