Summary:A catheter comprises a distal tip section disposed on or adjacent to a distal end of the catheter, wherein the distal tip section is reversible about a transition part between a catheter body and the distal tip section between a first configuration and a second configuration. By retracting the distal tip section, the distal tip section is inverted about the transition part from the first configuration to the second configuration, wherein the second configuration includes an expandable tip having an open funnel-shaped distal mouth comprising the diameter greater than that of the transition part. 카테터는 카테터의 원위 단부 상에 또는 그에 인접하게 배치된 원위 팁 섹션을 포함하며, 원위 팁 섹션은 제1 구성과 제2 구성 사이에서 카테터 본체와 상기 원위 팁 섹션 사이의 전이부를 중심으로 반전가능하다. 원위 팁 섹션을 후퇴시켜 원위 팁 섹션이 제1 구성으로부터 제2 구성으로 전이부를 중심으로 반전되게 하고, 제2 구성은 전이부의 직경보다 더 큰 직경을 포함하는 개방된 깔때기형 원위 입구를 갖는 확장가능 팁을 포함한다.
