Abstract | The present invention provides a PSAT1 inhibitor for enhancing radiation sensitivity, and a combination use of the PSAT1 inhibitor and CB-839. A composition of the present invention exhibits excellent cancer prevention or treatment activity through the combination use of two active components, and the PSAT1 inhibitor alone can enhance the radiation sensitivity of cancer. Accordingly, by using the composition of the present invention, it is possible to overcome radiation resistance while providing cancer treatment, and to reduce the incidence of complications caused by radiation treatment.
본 발명은 방사선 민감성 증진용 PSAT1 억제제와 PSAT1 억제제 및 CB-839 의 병용 용도를 제공한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 두 유효 성분의 병용을 통해 우수한 암의 예방 또는 치료 활성을 나타내며, PSAT1 억제제는 단독으로서도 암의 방사선 민감도를 증진시킬 수 있다. 이에 따라, 본 발명의 조성물을 이용하여 암 치료 뿐만 아니라 방사선 저항성을 극복하고, 방사선 치료에 의한 합병증 발병을 감소시킬 수 있다. |
