Summary: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a metal fluoride-based fluorescent substance. The method for manufacturing the metal fluoride-based fluorescent substance comprises a step of heating raw materials including a first precursor that satisfies chemical formula represented by MO_x (M is a host element selected from the group of metalloids, post-transition metals, and transition metals, and x is a real number that satisfies charge neutralization according to the oxidation number of the host element M), and a second precursor that satisfies chemical formula represented by AHF_2 (A is an alkali metal) with a reaction solution containing an organic solvent.
본 발명은 금속 불화물계 형광체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 제조방법은 화학식 MOx(M은 준금속, 전이후금속 및 전이금속군에서 선택되는 호스트원소, x는 호스트원소 M의 산화수에 따라 전하 중성화를 만족시키는 실수)를 만족하는 제1전구체 및 화학식 AHF2(A는 알칼리금속)를 만족하는 제2전구체를 포함하는 원료와 유기 용매를 함유하는 반응액을 가열하여 금속 불화물계 형광체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. |
