Summary: | The present invention relates to a dispersion composition for blocking ultraviolet rays to provide increased storage stability. According to the present invention, the dispersion composition comprises: silsesquioxane-based polymer particles including a structural unit represented by chemical formula 1; and oil. In the chemical formula 1, Ar_1 and Ar_2 are independently C6 to C20 aryl, aryls of Ar_1 and Ar_2 are independently substituted with C1 to C20 alkoxy, R_1, R_2, R_3, R_5, and R_8 are independently C1 to C20 alkoxy, R_4, R_6, and R_7 are independently C1 to C20 alkyl, L_1 and L_2 are independently a divalent linking group, and w, x, y and z are real numbers satisfying mole ratios of 0 < w < 1, 0 < x < 1, 0 < y < 1, 0 < z < 1, and w + x + y + z = 1.
