Abstract | The present invention relates to a diagnosis method for a wedge tightness of a stator of a generator, which comprises: a step of measuring a force applied when hitting a stator wedge of the generator and a vibration generated after the hitting; a step of extracting a plurality of feature values for determining the tightness of the wedge through the force and vibration data measured above; and a step of determining whether the tightness of the wedge is normal or not from the feature values extracted by the above step of extracting the plurality of feature values. According to the present invention, the diagnosis method is able to more precisely perform a wedge tightness test of the generator stator based on qualitative analysis and spectrum analysis.
본 발명은 발전기의 고정자 웨지의 타격시 가해진 힘(force)과 타격 후 발생하는 진동(vibration)을 측정하는 단계, 상기 단계에서 측정된 힘과 진동 데이터를 통해 상기 웨지의 체결 강도를 판단하기 위한 복수의 특징값을 추출하는 단계 및 상기 복수의 특징값을 추출하는 단계에 의해 추출된 특징값으로부터 상기 웨지의 체결 강도의 정상 여부를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 발전기 고정자의 웨지 체결 강도 진단 방법으로서, 본 발명에 의하면, 정성적 분석 및 스펙트럼 분석에 기반하여 발전기 고정자의 웨지 체결 강도(wedge tightness) 검사를 보다 정확하게 할 수 있게 한다. |
