Abstract Disclosed in the present invention are a fermented wild cultivated ginseng beverage composition having enhanced immune-enhancing functionality by strengthening an active fermented wild cultivated ginseng extract, and a manufacturing method of the composition. The fermented wild cultivated ginseng beverage composition is manufactured by containing the active fermented wild cultivated ginseng extract as a main component, and by mixing a fermented Panax ginseng extract, a red ginseng concentrate, a ginseng fruit extract concentrate, a Lycium chinense fruit concentrate, a Platycodon grandiflorus concentrate, and a black garlic concentrate in a specific composition. Therefore, the composition is a product which has excellent immune-enhancing effects while having excellent antioxidant, nourishment, fatigue recovery, hangover alleviation, and detoxification functions.
