Abstract The present invention relates to an integrated sound absorbing and insulating composite material for a fender liner, which is lightweight and excellent in water and chemical resistance, and to a method for manufacturing a 1-piece type fender liner for front and rear wheels of a vehicle using the same. The integrated sound absorbing and insulating composite material for a fender liner and the fender liner of the present invention are composed of a composite structure of a fluororesin water-repellent layer/non-woven sound insulating layer made of PP fiber and PET fiber/sound-absorbing layer made of PP fiber, PET fiber, hollow fiber and ML fiber/film layer composed of LLDPE and LLDPE. The composite material and the fender liner are also commercially very advantageous products in terms of fuel efficiency of automobiles because lightness is improved by about 20% compared to the existing fender liner. 본 발명은 경량이고, 내수성 및 내화학성이 우수한 펜더라이너용 흡차음 일체형 복합 소재 및 이를 이용하여 1-Piece Type의 자동차 전륜 및 후륜용 펜더라이너(Fender Liner)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다 본 발명의 펜더라이너용 흡차음 일체형 복합소재 및 펜더라이너는 불소수지 발수층/PP섬유및 PET섬유로 된 부직포 차음층/PP섬유, PET섬유, 중공사 및 ML섬유로된 흡음층/ LLDPE와 LLDPE로 조성된 필름층의 복합구조로 이루어져 있으며 기존 펜더라이너에 비하여 20%정도로 경량성이 개선되어 자동차 연비 측면에서 상업적으로 매우 유리한 제품이다.
