Abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for calculating high-resolution solar meteorological resource numerical information in consideration of detailed terrain effects. According to the present invention, it is possible to calculate high-resolution solar meteorological resource numerical information with higher accuracy by reflecting topographic characteristics in the scale detailing process, and produce simple linear interpolated solar meteorological resource information by reflecting the low-resolution topographical effect into high-resolution solar meteorological resource information reflecting detailed topographical information, and obtain solar information at a point desired by a user by calculating high-resolution solar numerical information. 본 발명은 규모상세화 과정에 지형적 특성을 반영하여 보다 정확도 높은 고해상도의 태양광 기상자원 수치정보를 산출할 수 있고, 저해상도의 지형 효과가 반영되어 단순선형 내삽된 태양광 기상자원 정보를 상세 지형 정보가 반영된 고해상도의 태양광 기상자원 정보로 생산할 수 있으며, 고해상도의 태양광 수치정보를 산출하여 사용자가 원하는 지점의 태양광 정보를 획득할 수 있는 상세지형효과를 고려한 고해상도 태양광 기상자원 수치정보 산출 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 발명이다.
