Abstract | Disclosed is a secondary battery capable of efficiently securing structural stability. The secondary battery of the present invention comprises: an electrode assembly in which a separator is interposed between a first electrode and a second electrode; a case having an opening port on one side and accommodating the electrode assembly; a cap assembly coupled to the opening port to seal the case; a first electrode tab extending from the first electrode and coupled to the case; and a second electrode tab extending from the second electrode and coupled to the cap assembly, wherein the cap assembly includes: a metal layer to which the second electrode tab is coupled; and a plastic layer laminated on an outer surface of the metal layer.
이차전지가 개시되며, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이차전지는 제1전극 및 제2전극 사이에 세퍼레이터가 개재되는 전극조립체, 일측에 개구를 가지며, 상기 전극조립체가 수용되는 케이스, 상기 개구에 결합되어 상기 케이스를 밀폐하는 캡 조립체, 상기 제1전극에서 연장되어 상기 케이스에 결합되는 제1전극탭 및 상기 제2전극에서 연장되어 상기 캡 조립체에 결합되는 제2전극탭을 포함하고, 상기 캡 조립체는, 상기 제2전극탭이 결합되는 금속층 및 상기 금속층의 외표면에 적층되는 플라스틱층을 포함한다. |
