Abstract | The present invention relates to a gas separation membrane and a production method thereof, wherein the gas separation membrane comprises: a substrate; and a hollow structure layer in which hollow structures are stacked in multiple layers on the substrate. Each of the hollow structures comprises: a central hollow unit; a zeolite imidazolate framework layer surrounding the hollow unit; and a polymer film coated on the zeolite imidazolate framework layer. Thus, the gas separation membrane has improved gas permeability and selectivity at the same time.
본 발명은 기재, 및 상기 기재 상에 중공 구조체들이 다층으로 적층된 중공 구조체층을 포함하는 기체 분리막으로서, 각각의 중공 구조체는 중앙의 중공부와 상기 중공부를 둘러싸는 제올라이트 이미다졸레이트 골격체층 및 상기 제올라이트 이미다졸레이트 골격체층 상에 코팅된 폴리머막을 포함함으로써 기체 투과도 및 선택도가 동시에 향상된 기체 분리막 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
