Abstract | Embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic device. More particularly, the electronic device comprises at least one first transistor to which a data voltage is applied. The first transistor includes a first conductive layer disposed on a substrate and a first active layer disposed on the first conductive layer, wherein one end and the other end are conductive, and the first active layer includes a first channel region disposed between the one end and the other end. A second conductive layer overlapping the first conductive layer with a first insulating layer therebetween is included in ta storage capacitor in a panel. The storage capacitor may be disposed under the first channel region of the first active layer. Through this, an ultra-high resolution panel can be manufactured.
본 발명의 실시예들은 전자장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 데이터 전압이 인가되는 적어도 1개의 제1 트랜지스터를 포함하고, 제1 트랜지스터는 기판 상에 배치된 제1 도전층 및 제1 도전층 상에 배치되되 일 단과 타 단이 도체화되고, 일 단과 타 단 사이에 배치된 제1 채널영역을 포함하는 제1 액티브층을 포함하고, 제1 절연층을 사이에 두고 제1 도전층과 중첩하는 제2 도전층은 패널 내의 스토리지 캐패시터에 포함되고, 스토리지 캐패시터는 제1 액티브층의 제1 채널영역 하부에 배치될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 초고해상도 패널을 제작할 수 있다. |
