Abstract | According to one embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is an electronic device, which comprises: a plurality of first electrodes extending in a first direction, and arranged to be spaced apart from each other in a second direction vertical to the first direction; a second electrode extending in the second direction, and crossing the first electrodes; and an active layer disposed between the first electrodes and the second electrode, and including a spontaneous polarizable material. Each of the first electrodes includes a first protrusion part protruding toward the second electrode, and the second electrode includes a plurality of protrusions overlapping the first protrusion part of the first electrodes in a vertical direction. Also, the active layer includes a first region overlapping the protrusions and the first protrusion part in the vertical direction in each overlapping region of the first electrodes and the second electrode and a second region around the first region. Accordingly, the electronic device of the present invention can be easily applied for various purposes.
