Abstract According to the present invention, a thermoelectric device includes: an insulating substrate; a plurality of first electrodes disposed on the substrate; a plurality of thermoelectric pellets disposed on the plurality of first electrodes; a bonding material connecting the thermoelectric pellet to the first electrode; and a plurality of second electrodes disposed on the plurality of thermoelectric pellets and connecting the plurality of thermoelectric pellets in series.
