Abstract The present invention provides a morphology modified heterophase polymer having no-break impact strength according to ASTM standard D256 in a range of 500-700 J/m, a high melt flow index according to ASTM D1238 in a range of 10-100 g/10min, and a balanced flexural modulus according to ASTM standard D790 in a range of 700-1400 MPa. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of modifying the morphology of a heterophase propylene polymer in the presence of a polyfunctional unsaturated organovinyl compound and an initiator in the form of an organic peroxide on ex-reactor heterophase propylene copolymer powders and/or pellets by using a special extrusion apparatus. 본 발명은 ASTM 표준 D256에 따른 비파단 충격 강도가 500J/m-700J/m 범위이고, ASTM D1238에 따른 높은 용융 유동 지수가 100g/10min 범위이며, 및 ASTM standard D790에 따른 균형 굴곡 모듈러스가 700-1400MPa 범위인 것인 모폴로지 변형된 헤테로상 폴리머를 제공한다. 보다 특히, 본 발명은 특별한 압출 장치를 사용하여 반응기 밖(ex-reactor) 헤테로상 프로필렌 코폴리머 분말 및/또는 펠릿 상에서 유기 퍼옥사이드의 형태의 개시제 및 다작용성 불포화 유기 비닐 화합물의 존재 하에 헤테로상 프로필렌 폴리머의 모폴로지를 변형시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
